Are people nuts enough to believe that Trump is their savior? Is Trump their new messiah? by Tony Garcia

Answer by Tony Garcia:

Whoa! Let’s not descend into the quagmire that sank Hillary Clinton by perjoratively labeling an entire group.

Donald Trump’s supporters have their own reasons for backing him. And whether or not anyone else agrees with them, the fact remains that he is now—as Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution states—the Commander-in-Chief.

As for Mr. Trump being a messiah, well, I’ll defer to Thomas Jefferson’s interpretation of the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution, i.e., the "separation of church and state."

Now, should Mr. Trump’s constituency also wish for him to concomitantly fulfill the role of “the anointed one,” they’ll first have to ask him to resign the presidency.

Are people nuts enough to believe that Trump is their savior? Is Trump their new messiah?
